Partnership promotion for Samantha Travella

The Partners of Barker Son & Isherwood LLP are delighted to announce the promotion of Samantha Travella to Partner and Head of Residential Conveyancing from 1st April 2023.

Samantha joined the firm in February 2021 as a Solicitor in the Property Department. She deals with all aspects of property transactions. These include sales, purchases and more complex property matters such as easements and rectification of title. Samantha acts for clients purchasing new build properties, those using alternative financing arrangements along with those buying land being used for development purposes. Samantha has a wealth of knowledge and prides herself on being able to spot potential issues and dealing with these prior to any delays. There are never problems only solutions. She is a Director within Andover BID giving back to the local community to help enhance the local area.
